At Texuela Salsa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following terms regarding order cancellations, refunds, exchanges, and warranty requests.


Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

  • To cancel, please email texuelasalsa@gmail.com with the subject line:
    [Cancellation] Order # and Full Name

Note: Orders placed within 24 hours of shipment cannot be canceled due to processing constraints.


Exchanges, Returns & Warranty Requests

We accept return, exchange, or warranty requests for online purchases under the following conditions:

  • Submit your request through our website: www.texuelasalsa.com

  • All products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and not past the expiration date.

  • Discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Include proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

Texuela Salsa reserves the right to approve returns after evaluating product condition.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part.


Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 calendar days to the original payment method (credit card or bank account). We do not refund third-party or delivery service fees.


Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our salsas. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.

Include photos and your order number so our team can review your request.

Warranty approval is subject to evaluation by the Texuela Salsa team.
